Our Return/Exchange Policy
• Your return/exchange request is submitted within 30 days on the date of purchase.
• Your items are unworn, undamaged, in re-sellable condition, and in their original packaging.
• Your return/exchange request is from Our Website. Otherwise, please contact the retailer of where you purchased the item so they can further assist you with your concern.
• We will provide a FREE shipping label for your return/exchange request however, there is a fixed restocking fee for all return and/or exchange requests.
• For International returns (no exchange available), you must purchase your own shipping label to ship the item/s back to us.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria. We will provide a FREE shipping label for your return/exchange.
Refunds
Once we received your return and inspected it, we will immediately release the funds. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for the refund to be issued. If it’s been longer than the said time, please contact your banking company for an estimate of when you can expect to see the funds on your bank statement.
